Founder & CEO
Bill Minkoff is a second generation aviation professional who has logged over 20,000 hours in various types of general, commercial and military aircraft. He has participated in aviation conferences world-wide and held leadership roles in various aviation companies.

Charlie Maynard is a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served thirty years flying the A-7 Corsair II and F/A-18 Hornet. He retired from United Airlines as a 787 Captain after 32 years of service, accumulating 25,000 hours of flying, and continues to fly as often as possible.

Heather Maynard has been working in the aviation industry for over thirty years. She is a licensed private pilot and hails from a strong aviation family, and is a third generation aviator. She has also worked as a flight attendant for United Airlines, based in Washington, DC.
